Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Delivery Time Standard delivery typically takes an additional 7-15 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. Delivery times may run longer during high-demand periods (holidays and major sales events) or for remote areas.

(Note: these ranges are based on typical CJdropshipping fulfillment times for orders shipping from China-based inventory. If any of your products are stocked in a CJ US/EU warehouse, those specific items could ship faster — 3-7 business days — worth checking per-product if you want to fine-tune this later.)

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way.

Delays While we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, customs processing, or carrier issues outside our control. We'll keep you updated if anything significant comes up.
